Hyatt Zilara Riviera Maya Adults Only All-Inclusive Hotel Lafitte, Lafitte

My stay at the hotel was fantastic overall, with excellent service and friendly staff that made us feel special throughout our vacation. The dining options were delightful, especially with premium drinks included in the all-inclusive package. However, I found it a bit disappointing that securing certain dining spots required purchasing expensive wine. The facilities were great, especially the huge pool, although getting a good spot could be competitive in the mornings.

We had a lovely time at the hotel, especially with all the entertainment options available. The staff was super friendly and made us feel special throughout our stay. However, we found the aggressive sales pitches upon arrival quite overwhelming and our shower had some minor issues. Overall, it's a great spot for couples looking for a fun and romantic getaway.

While the wait staff was excellent and the food was above average, there were significant issues with safety and maintenance in the hotel. We encountered multiple water leaks, and ceiling tiles were falling, which made it unsafe to walk in the hallways. The beach was small and not great for snorkeling, but overall, the service was commendable.

Our stay at Secrets was enjoyable overall, with a lovely beach and relaxing pool area. The food was quite good, especially at the Italian restaurant, but the service at the buffet restaurant could use improvement. We loved the morning fitness classes and the entertainment options, but the wait for luggage during check-in was frustrating. Despite some hiccups, we had a great time and would consider returning.
